Instagram’s simplicity and focus on photos make it a great platform for real estate agents to share listings. Agents who don’t know how to use the platform might not be familiar with what photos to post. A simple listing photo with an address and description won’t get you much attention. It is important to create a story about the listing, and to share multiple photos.
Open houses are the best way to “Instagramme” your listings. Here are seven different photos you can use to share your open-house story.
Take a photo
A “selfie” photo is one that you take of your self. You can take a selfie in front of the sign, your car or at the front door. You can caption it with something like, “Excited to host an Open House at 12345 Main Street.”
Your favourite room
